Augusta Utilities Walker St.

Creating a modern, functional work environment in a repurposed 1911 columned mansion was no small challenge. The Augusta Utilities and Augusta Engineering departments needed a new home to serve the local community with customer service functions and administrative offices. The three-acre site also will house Augusta’s first drive-through utility bill payment window as well as a self-service payment kiosk for bill pay customers. This unique project allowed us to preserve some Augusta history and provide a much needed new home for our local friends!
